Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our international clients. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients: This involves regular communication, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: You will be proactive in researching and targeting potential clients in your assigned territory.
Preparing and presenting sales proposals and presentations: You will need to effectively communicate the value proposition of our electric shavers to clients.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals: You will be responsible for securing favorable terms and conditions with clients.
Managing the sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment: This involves close coordination with our internal teams, including logistics and customer service.
Providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting: You will contribute to our sales planning and strategy by providing timely and accurate sales data.
Participating in industry trade shows and events: Representing the company and our products at major international exhibitions.
Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities: You will be expected to maintain a strong understanding of the market dynamics and adapt your strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of experience, skills, and personal attributes. Specifically, we are looking for candidates who possess:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably within the consumer electronics or related industry.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in English. Additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Russian) is highly advantageous.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Strong understanding of international trade practices, including import/export regulations and documentation.
Ability to travel internationally (up to 30% of the time).
