Getting Started1. Insert the batteries into the battery compartment.
2. Attach the cuff to the monitor securely.
3. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, about 1-2 cm above your elbow.

Measuring Blood Pressure1. Sit in a comfortable position with your arm resting on a flat surface.
2. Keep your legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor.
